FEGA user data upload manual¶

Data upload consists of five parts:

1. File encryption.
2. File upload.
3. Metadata submission.
4. Metadata and file linkage
5. Communication with FEGA HelpDesk to approve and finalize the submission.

Upload¶

Since FEGA is portal for human-derived sensitive data the upload should be preformed with the least number of intermediate steps, i.e directly from environment where they have been created or processed. Hence we offer two alternative upload scenarios.

We strongly encourage you to use UTHPC Rocket cluster, if it is your home cluster.
