RStudio is an open source edition that provides a browser based interface to a version of R running on a remote Linux VM.
Warning
RStudio server is a small VM meant only for development purposes! For heavy load jobs, please submit jobs on the main cluster.
RStudio VM has limited mounts of main filesystem: $HOME and a few project directory. You can request to mount a directory onto RStudio by sending an email to support@hpc.ut.ee .
